Founder References ? Why do we need these? Keeping the quality of the startups in the pool high is critical. At the earliest stages of a company, rather than asking for performance metrics, a much stronger signal is simply what other founders think of you as a founder. Note that we will not contact these references until you are qualified as a high-potential candidate, and we have met with you.
