These terms govern access to and use of the Rising Tide Investor Portal at portal.arisingtide.management, including sign-in with Google and the optional Google Calendar connection for scheduling. Our Privacy Policy describes how we handle personal data, including data received from Google.

1Acceptance

By accessing the Rising Tide Investor Portal (the "Portal"), operated by Rising Tide in connection with the Exceptional Founder Liquidity Fund (the "Fund"), you agree to these Terms of Service.

2Eligibility

The Portal is provided to invited limited partners and portfolio-company founders. Access requires accredited-investor status where applicable; see the Fund's subscription documents, which govern in the event of any conflict.

3Confidentiality

Pool metrics, portfolio-company information, valuations, and documents made available through the Portal are confidential. You agree not to disclose them except as permitted by the Fund's governing documents.

4No investment advice

Information in the Portal is for informational purposes only and is not an offer, solicitation, or investment, legal, tax, or accounting advice.

5Security

You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and any second factor. Notify Rising Tide promptly of any unauthorized access.

6Changes

We may update these Terms; material changes will require re-acceptance before continued access.
